Flute tie-on labels will be provided to attendees for each flute to be entered into the swap. On one side is the attendees name and a price the are willing to part with the flute for -- listed in increments of $25 (e.g., 50, 75, 100, 150). On the other side is written the maker, year of acquisition, key, any known problems, and possibly the original price.
To facilitate planning, attendees can register flutes when they checkin and receive their name tag and information package. A flute sign-in page will be at the registration table, along with flute tags.
Attendees can use the designated swap sessions to meet at the swap table try the flutes and seek either to exchange or to purchase the flute, if they didn't see one they wanted to swap. Or if a potential swap was identified but agreeable price differential had to be made up in cash, that could be negotiated. Swap flutes should not be left un-attended, and owners are responsible for their flutes.
